WOMEN, ARE YOU READY?

Quite some time ago the Lord had a conversation with me about character, motive and integrity when we step into our assignments and purpose; for when the time comes that we are so eagerly awaiting when His glory is truly invading the earth and we are more fully and actively bringing heaven down to earth.  It is about how to protect and nurture yourself in the journey of what God is releasing you to.  It is time to draw on the character God has built into us and conduct ourselves as mature Sons.  It is His heart's desire that we walk in the fullness of our purpose, our assignments and our calling.  We have His heart and the Cloud of Witnesses cheering us on to successfully run our race. 

Ephesians 1:11  It is in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for.
“With all this going for us, my dear, dear friends, stand your ground. And don’t hold back. Throw yourselves into the work of the Master, confident that nothing you do for him is a waste of time or effort.”

1.       "WHEN I RAISE THEM UP WILL THEY FORGET ME?"
(Deuteronomy 8:10-20 read full passage for context) 
"If you forget, forget God, your God and start taking up with other gods, serving and worshiping them, I'm on record right now as giving you firm warning; that will be the end of you:....."
          - Our foundation and focus must be Him, the core of what we do, whatever the assignment. 
          - It must be a partnership, anything less makes it an idol, or gives glory to our self-effort.
        - How do we not forget?  We must stay close to Him, living a life of gratitude, prayer, humility,  and accountability, stepping into that understanding of our oneness with Him and functioning as sons rather than orphans.
 
2.       "MANY WILL STEP OUT AND SOME MAY STUMBLE BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE THEIR EYES OFF ME"     
          - It get’s busy in the building and it can become easy to take our eyes off the target and step into our own efforts and solutions.  Some assignments will be plain hard work or become difficult at times in the natural and we will feel like giving up. We may not intentionally take our eyes off Him, but it’s easy to do.  But we know we have a good, good Father who wants us to succeed and will be doing all He can to help us. 
            - He longs for us to go to Him for daily refilling and instruction.  Our time of intimacy with Him will keep us on track.  He specifically said to me: "we must be intentional in continually going back to him -Resting, asking, listening, re-centering, partnering".
           - Ask for the Counsel of the Lord, the help of the 7 Spirits of God, and your assignment angels to assist you. Rely on the Lord for the wisdom, resources and solutions you need.
  
3.       "I WILL MEET THEM IN THE VALLEYS when the challenges come – and they will".
          - The answers are with Him, He is the one who will sustain us.
         - If we surrender in faith, trusting, He makes a way where there seems to be no way. He opens the doors, pours out favour and releases all that we need. 
         -There are times where there will be very difficult situations, where in our staying in rest, He will simply take care of it his way and we won’t have to do much if anything.
 
4.       "TELL THEM TO POSITION THEMSELVES"
"Get ready, position yourselves for what I'm about to do.  Come closer, go deeper, allow me to touch the brokenness, learn to trust me and to stay at rest.  Allow me to build into you the character and integrity you need to hold you steady in the days to come".  Positioning ourselves is putting ourselves into an active state of readiness for something coming ahead of us, having determined what we need to do and be for that moment.  In Father's graciousness He longs to partner with us to bring us into that state of readiness. 

5.       He said "MANY ARE STANDING AT THE WATER’S EDGE  admiring the view but afraid to dip their toes in, but I am going to cause them to leap into the river and they will discover the joy of what it is to flow with me.  They will operate and flow with me out of that place of being seated next to me in heavenly places, so much so that time and effort will disappear, and they will recognise they have been with me". 

6.       "I HAVE PROVIDED EVERY CONTINGENCY" 
He wants us to understand that when we partner with Him in intimacy of relationship that every possible resource and help we need will be released to us. It is stored up in heaven waiting for us to use it.  We won't always be carrying out one man assignments, it will take teams.  If you're not a team player then you must learn to be.         

In Proverbs 31 it talks about the virtuous woman – in the Hebrew it is CHAYIL – which translates into this:
Wisdom, wealth, warrior, valour, stout heartedness, moral excellency, courage, bravery, audacity, virtue, mental prowess to win, tenacity, focus, warfare, strategy, capacity.
  
As God’s women I’m calling you to this:
You are a woman of moral excellence, stout-hearted,
who has the tenacity, courage and bravery to go to battle with the Lord
          into the marketplace, into the home, and the community
          equipped with God’s grace and all the power of heaven,
fully armed, anointed, mantled, commissioned, fearless, focused and faithful,
          who has access to the wealth and resources of heaven,
who has the capacity to construct things in heaven and manifest them on earth,
          who is an influence in the spheres God has placed her in,
who uses God’s strategies, wisdom and solutions
          to establish the Kingdom of God on the earth.
